Computer Chairs with Massage Is A Better Way to Sit

How to sit to prevent back problem, some of the ergonomic seating facts:

Computer Chairs with Massage for Shoulder and Neck

The key to a proper ergonomics posture sitting is to take the load off from the shoulder and the back. For allowing free and independent motion of the head and the neck without involving shoulder, the head should "float" comfortably above the spine to prevent upper back neck shoulder pain. The top of a computer screen should be placed at about 10 degrees below eye level. This way, the back of the neck extends curving slightly up and over. Eyes are relaxed.

It is ideal that the neck should not feel compacted or tense. To be free of causes of lower back and hip pain, the neck should be elongated and full. Make sure to face either a picture behind the screen or an object outside the window and look at each of the 4 corners periodically and try to relax the eyes frequently. Do not stare for an extended period of time at the screen or any object at a fixed distance.  Because it ends up keeping the neck fixed and tense. For a few minutes in every half an hour, stand up, walk, or stretch. And it is recommended to use a headset telephone.

Your computer chairs with massage should position to allow fluid, effortless pivoting motions and gentle bending at the hip joint. When reaching for a telephone or for a file, do not dip or compress torque. Users tend to slump or overarch the back because most traditional task chairs tilt the spine backward and off-center which creates stress when bending. In addition, blood circulation in the legs is cut off. When controlling a mouse or when writing, the elbow will only move minimum. Users’ elbow should rest at 90 degree against the keyboard. Sitting against the backrest to keep the upper and outer shoulder muscles relaxed to prevent muscle fatigue low back pain.  The elbow should move only slightly when controlling a mouse or writing tool. A computer keyboard or writing surface should be about 5 degrees below parallel to the floor so that the wrist end of the forearm is also about 5 degrees below parallel to the floor.

Computer Chairs with Massage for Fingers and Hands

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is the leading office injuries.  Flat and straightened figners caused unnecessary stress while natural curved and relaxed fingers with majority of muscular work taking place on the underside of the hand is beter ergonomics posture.  Especially for the pinkies, they should remain curved. Rather than lifting fingers or twisting them laterally to reach various keys, it is better to just roll the forearm to move the whole hand small amounts for using keyboard.

It is ideal that the muscles on the back of the hand and between thumb and forefinger are almost completely still. Stress relief activities like relax the fingers and the muscles on the back of the hands in every 5 to 15 minutes. Also drape the hands palms-down on the top of the legs in a few minutes at least in every half an hour. Massage the hand and fingers if extended periods of time of typing.
