Standard Return Policy Returns are accepted at The Gentry Collection's warehouse ONLY. All returns must be shipped prepaid and must be made within 60 days. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Before returning any product to The Gentry Collection call 423-6052690 to request a return authorization form and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. This return authorization number will always have the prefix "CQ." Merchandise returned without the CQ number will be refused by The Gentry Collection.
All returns must be shipped in the original carton and are subject to inspection to ensure that all components are included and product is resalable. If customer does not have original cartons, The Gentry Collection will provide them and will bill for the boxes and freight.
The Gentry Collection reserves the right to inspect all returns and determine applicable restocking and/or re-boxing fees, if any. A missing item or damaged product fee may be assessed if a returned product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or assembly Instructions; or for any product not in “like new” condition. A minimum fee of 25% will apply for re-boxing only.
All warranty parts are available for replacement at no charge and are shipped via UPS ground service. If upgraded service is required, the customer will be billed the difference in freight. Our freight carriers, including UPS, reserve the right to institute fuel surcharges on some or all shipments, without prior notice.
Site Security we do not give our information to anyone, other than to process your order. All of your information is stored on a secure server. Credit card numbers are erased from our system after 30 days to ensure protection.

USA except for the state of Tennessee. The listed price you see on the product screen is the same price you'll see in your shopping cart.
WARRANTY STATEMENT
The Gentry Collection extends a Lifetime Limited Warranty on its Therapeutic office Chair, from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, on all non-moving metal components. Other parts like the mechanism, gas lift, casters, self-skinned urethane parts, plastic armrest, headrest, plastic seat shells and back frame carry a (5) five year warranty. Upholsteries and mesh backs will carry a (3) three year warranty against ripping, tearing, stretching or detachment except when sold with or used in conjunction with the Lumbar Lover Heated/Cold Therapy Insert Cushion, then the warranty on the mesh back is (1) one year against ripping or tearing that occur in the material itself or against detachment.
Because heat from the gel pack can affect the plastic/ rubberized mesh material over time, it is recommended that you do not exceed 30 minutes per treatment with the gel packs inserted against the mesh material. To help extend the life of the mesh make sure to follow the heating/freezing instructions exactly. Do not overheat the gel packs past the recommended time and temperature. These instructions are enclosed with the gel pack assembles themselves. Any stretching or discoloration of the mesh material due to heat exposure from the gel packs is not covered under this warranty. Please note this chair comes with a dual layer of the mesh material inserted on the chair back to give extra support and life. In a Bifma-approved laboratory a single layer of this mesh material applied on our chair back was tested and all of the Bifma requirements were exceeded with no heat applied. As mentioned, your chair has been built with two layers of mesh inserted for extra support and strength protection when used with the heated gel packs. If over time the mesh back material stretches and becomes less supportive then a replacement back is available for purchase directly from our company.
TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
You can consult your dealer if you desire regarding a warranty claim or we will can handle all your warranty claims and replacement parts directly. By following the procedures outlined below, you can be assured of the best level of service.
To file a claim, upon discovery of the defect. Contact us by phone at 423-605-2690 or via the internet. Our customer service department will assist you. Be prepared to affirm you are the original purchaser of the product by providing us with a legible copy of your receipt showing your date of purchase and to provide the serial number from the product in question.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Gentry Collection reserves the exclusive and sole right to examine, repair, correct or replace at our option, any of the seating components in question which upon our inspection are declared defective in material or workmanship.
The Man's Mesh Chair Warranty does not include labor costs or transportation costs of replacement parts or damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, abnormal use or use with extreme climatic conditions like excessive heat or moisture. We do not warranty this chair for outdoor usage. The warranty is void if this product is misused, improperly installed or modified in any respect (including without limitation, any change in fabric or mechanical components affecting stability, load capacity or load distribution). There are no other warranties except as noted.
The Man's Mesh Chair Warranty is based on normal use of eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week by individuals of 300 lbs. or less and applies only to customers located in the
United States and the
commonwealth of
Canada.
