Relief For Lower Back Pain

Facts and statistic about back pain in general:

• Over 30 million Americans deal with lower back and hip pain everyday. Many have severe lower back pain and visit doctors of chiropractic as a result.

• Most cases of back pain are not brought on by conditions such as inflammatory arthritis, infection, fracture or cancer as many believe. 

 

What Causes Muscle Fatigue and Low Back Pain?

The vertebrae, joints, ligaments and muscles of our back are supported by our body that require a continuous supply blood that contains necessary nutrients. Causes of low back pain can result from pulling ligaments, straining muscles, slipping disks, or inflaming joints. Trauma from a Sports injury or a car accident can be a cause of lower back pain. Simple daily activities can have painful consequence too. Prolonged sitting  causes muscle low back pain to where the muscles become immobilized and stiff. Arthritis, bad posture, obesity, signs of stress will complicate the syndrome. Back pain inflammation can also results from diseases, such as kidney stones, blood clots or bone mass loss from degeneration.
