Relaxation Techniques For Stress Management:

In todays stressful working environment sometimes it is difficult to get even a couple of minutes to just relax and take it easy or take a break.

Here are a few relaxation techniques to do while at your desk that we consider the best ways to relax at work and ease tension and job stress.

These relaxation exercises should help you get more focused and be more productive at work:
Relaxation Breathing

Wow, how it reduces stress- Amazingly, breath control can be an one of the best and silent relaxation techniques for stress management that can be done at the office without anyone aware of what is going on.

Relax your mind

Take just 5 minutes and go to the restroom or walk outside for fresh air. During this time really just try to let your mind and thoughts calm down.

 Control your Posture

Bad posture or even hunched back posture while seated  will make you tired quicker.  A stiff neck and back can make a difference in your bodies tolerance to stress at work.  We suggest a quality ergonomic office task chair such as The Gentry Therapeutic Solution for Back Pain- which has a gel pack insert for hot or cold therapy as well as a massage for better back circulation.  The Gentry Therapeutic Solution is truly a stress master executive massage office chair with heat or cold therapy inserts.

Breathe in your Nose and Out your mouth

When you breathe in deep through your nose and out your mouth your body will begin to relax, your pulse rate and blood pressure will come down, and you will be more prepared with dealing with stress in the workplace

Follow these really simple relaxation techniques and tips a couple times a day and you will notice less effects of stress on the body and have less symptoms of job stress while at the workplace.
